The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
